In January 2021, the formal operation of "Sanryakukai" was transferred from Miyusei Co., Ltd. to the General Incorporated Association "Sanryakukai" (Chairman: Ito Manabu, President: Take Kiyomi), and we have continued our activities for four years.

Our activities have been based on the original purpose of Sanryakukai, which is "to create lifelong friendships even in adulthood." These activities included monthly regular meetings, the Zuikanjuku management study group, and various subcommittees such as golf, travel, bowling, karaoke, tea ceremony, flower arrangement, cooking, and reading.

However, due to various circumstances, it has been determined that continuing operations would be difficult. As a result, based on the decision of the board of directors, the organization will cease its activities as of December 31, 2024.

We sincerely appreciate all the members who participated and supported us throughout these four years of operation.

Continuing the Spirit of "Sanryakukai"

Even after the decision to cease operations, volunteers with a strong will to "keep the flame of Sanryakukai alive" have decided to continue hosting various subcommittee activities and study sessions, albeit irregularly.

In response to this spirit, the contact point for these activities will be managed at Miyusei Am, which was the registered location of the association's headquarters.

The director of Miyusei Am, Take Kiyomi, along with assistant Koizumi Hisaya, will continue to provide the following support.

1. Supporting Volunteer Leaders in Communicating Activity Updates

   • The leaders responsible for organizing subcommittee activities will inform members as needed.

2. Managing and Providing Access to Past Association Content

   • We will maintain and provide a system for viewing materials and activity photos from past association events (such as regular meetings and Zuikanjuku).

   • These materials will be accessible exclusively to former members via a designated Google Drive managed by Miyusei Am.Please click the provided link to access and utilize these resources.
